The app collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. Everything you type stays on your phone. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics and no advertising.
You enter and the app stores: student and group names, contacts of students and parents, meeting links, your schedule, lessons with attendance marks, rates, charges, payments, breaks and free-form notes. The app also keeps your own settings — language, theme, currencies, reminder timing.
This information never leaves your device on its own. We — the developer — never receive it, never see it and have no way to reach it.
In a database file in the app’s private storage on your device, which Android keeps isolated from other apps. You can additionally require a fingerprint, face or device PIN to open the app: turn on Biometrics in Settings. The check is done by Android on your device; no biometric data is read or stored by the app.
The database is not encrypted beyond the protection Android gives the app’s private storage. Anyone with unlocked access to your phone and the app can read what is in it.
INTERNET permission at all — the released
app is technically unable to transmit anything over the network. You can
verify this in the app’s manifest. You can export a single file with all your data and send or save it wherever you choose — a messenger, a cloud drive, your computer. From that moment the file is in your hands and the privacy policy of the service you sent it to applies to it. Import works the other way: you pick a file, and it replaces what is in the app.
The app is excluded from Android cloud backup: your data is not uploaded to Google Drive. Direct transfer to a new phone during setup is allowed, so that changing devices does not mean typing every student in again. In that case the data goes straight from the old device to the new one.
The app is a tool for a tutor, and the records in it are about your students and their parents, sometimes children. You decide what to write down and you remain responsible for that information under the law that applies to you. The developer is not a party to it: the data does not reach us.
Delete a student, a payment or a schedule entry inside the app. To remove everything at once, uninstall the app, or use Android Settings → Apps → Lessons → Storage → Clear data. Nothing of yours is left anywhere else, because it was never anywhere else.
The app is intended for tutors — adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them; it collects nothing from anyone.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will also be described in the app’s release notes.
